Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 5, 2025

At Five Pillars Empowerment Coaching & Mentoring, Inc., we strive to provide high-quality coaching and mentoring services. We offer the following refund policy:

1. One-on-One and Group Coaching:

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been attended.

• After the first session, refunds are issued at 50% of the total package price.

• No refunds after 30 days of purchase.

2. Webinars & Online Courses:

• Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if the course has not been accessed.

• No refunds once a course has been accessed.

3. Spiritual Retreats & Events:

• Refunds available up to 30 days before an event, minus a 10% administrative fee.

• No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of an event.
